We worked closely with Churches of Christ in Queensland through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract on the Lady Small Haven aged care and retirement village. Offering 65 independent living units designed to meet the gold and platinum levels of the liveable housing guidelines, the rooms are of a larger size enabling assisted care to be delivered within the rooms, giving residents the ability to stay in their homes longer before having to move into residential aged care.
