Australia's first 5 Star Green Star designed aged care home, Rockpool Carseldine

This six storey, 150 room residential aged care facility located in the heart of the new Carseldine Village is our second project for valued client Rockpool Residential Aged Care. Delivering on Rockpool’s vision to create a sanctuary to enhance residents’ quality of life is the provision of space, quality fittings and fixtures, with first class community facilities including wellness centre, hairdresser, café, theatre and dining room for use by residents and their families. A 5 Star Green Star rating has been achieved through the use of an extensive 99kw solar system, rainwater harvesting and reuse, and use of sustainably sourced materials through our subcontractors supply chain.
