The University of Queensland Solar Farm & Research Facility

This 3.275 MW pilot plant for the University is the largest solar PV research facility in the southern hemisphere, with a mix of fixed panels, single axis and dual axis trackers. Completed in 2014, the project included all civil works, piling, site layout and roads, logistics, unit assembly, fixed and dual access tracker installation of 37,000 panels, dual access footings, all electrical cabling, trenching, inverter transformer connection including HV and SCADA.
