Located at TradeCoast Central, we completed this cold storage facility for Lion Dairy & Drinks in 2019. The 4,000 sqm refrigerated storage room is stabilised at 30C, and is complemented by a 1,000 sqm ambient dry goods racking room, as well as offices, lunchrooms and restrooms. The facility has an automated dock levelling system with integrated sequenced door opening sensors; a niche system in cold chain compliance. Lion Dairy & Drinks won the 2020 Master Builders Queensland Award for the Best Industrial Building over $5m in Brisbane.
