We completed the Sunshine Coast Vitality Village in June 2021, a truly collaborative 5-storey health and wellbeing space and the first of its kind in Australia. Working in partnership with ComLink and Double R, we achieved a number of design innovations and efficiencies through our ECI process. The atrium-style ground floor overlooks the common use mezzanine level, while the building’s outdoor areas feature gardens, seating and tables. Glass plays a major role on the ground level, giving the public an opportunity to view drop-in services, smart rooms, hardware labs and café.
