This landmark 17 storey, 610-room student residences in St Lucia is our 43rd project in partnership with the University of Queensland. Through our Early Contractor Involvement process, we’ve brought significant innovation and efficiencies to the design. Part of UQ’s brief was to provide a resort feel and this was achieved through a strong connection to landscape with an emphasis on indoor/outdoor living and greenery to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for residents. Amenity is unrivalled with a gourmet communal kitchen, private gym, games room, music room and podcast studio, countless lounges and rooftop deck with a magnesium pool, cabanas, kitchen, barbecue, dining, and sweeping 360-degree views of Brisbane city.
