Frasers Property Industrial Estates

Our most recent project for Frasers Property Industrial was completed in 2020 at their 41,000 sqm site in Berrinba. We custom built a new 20,400 sqm warehouse for CEVA Logistics (Australia) with 14 recessed loading docks and 400 sqm office space.

In July 2019, we completed the design and construction of the Pinnacle Hardware 12,000 sqm distribution centre also in Berrinba. The design called for a super flat fibre concrete with a burnished finish, and the Frasers ‘super-awning’ creates an additional 4,000 sqm roofed hardstand for material storage.

We also worked with Frasers in 2018 at their Yatala industrial estate on the design and construction of the new facility for Schütz Australia. With a total site of 18,863 sqm, the single storey structure is approximately 7,200 sqm with both warehousing and manufacturing areas.
