Bunzl is a large 15,478m2 distribution warehouse located within the TradeCoast Central Estate at Eagle Farm. With burnished fibre concrete slab finishes, we have achieved a FL of 66.85 which is more than double the specified requirement, allowing the tenants pallet racking provider optimal conditions for successful installation, and more importantly end user safety post-handover. McNab have provided a modern office fit out including providing all FF&E (Furniture Fittings and Equipment) to the 1,059m2 office. Seamless logistics are achieved through the provision of a sunken loading dock including five dock levellers, and ten traditional loading bays covered by a 15-metre super awning. Access to the large 9,944m2 hardstand and 2,610m2 carpark are via fibre-cross overs providing greater durability due to the projected frequency of vehicular access to the facility. Construction efficiencies employed on this project include the use of a symphonic drainage system which reduced the number of in-ground services required thus allowing external slabs to be poured earlier than traditional hydraulic methodologies.
