In April 2020, we completed the Lady Small Haven Retirement Village with 65 spacious independent living units and an impressive suite of community facilities. The village is Green Star rated and also features an outdoor pool, clubhouse, café, hair and beauty salon, multipurpose entertaining rooms, landscaped gardens and outdoor barbecue areas. The project took home the 2021 Master Builders Queensland Award for Best Community Accommodation for Aged Care & Nursing Homes on the Gold Coast.
