In 2018, we completed Shine Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, Stockland’s first Greenfield vertical retirement village in Australia. The 8-storey village boasts 140 luxury units with an exclusive onsite clubhouse, gymnasium, and an outdoor pool complete with covered outdoor decks, dining areas and landscaped gardens. Shine Birtinya achieved a 4 Star Green Star Rating and won the 2019 Master Builders Construction Award for Best Community Accommodation for Aged Care & Nursing Homes in Queensland.
