Completed in 2009, The Village Yeronga is a luxurious 90 unit retirement village situated over two, 5-storey buildings. The project went on to win the 2014 UDIA Award for Best Seniors’ Living in Queensland and features stylish two and three bedroom units with community facilities including an indoor heated pool, lounge bar, café and gymnasium. Works also included a staged 100 bed aged care facility for Regis Aged Care on the same site.
