Construction Update – February 2025

Enabling Works Complete

 This past month the site has been a hive of activity, and we’ve completed all the Enabling Works which essentially means, clearing the ground, installing fencing, building retaining walls, disconnecting existing services, groundworks and mobilized our traffic management setup.

You may have noticed heavy plant and equipment movements to and from site over the past month, removing unwanted material and importing suitable piling platform material. We will continue to keep the local community informed through letterbox drops, of any traffic management interruptions.

Next, we’re gearing up to start work on the Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall), a huge reinforced concrete structure that will form the basement perimeter. This stage involves digging deep trenches, installing steel reinforcement, and pouring concrete to create a strong foundation. Over the coming weeks, you’ll notice more activity on-site as we bring in specialised equipment to get the job underway.
