Construction update – January 2025

Demolition is now complete.

We’re pleased to announce the first major construction milestone for Elements – demolition is now complete and site works are officially underway.

The existing buildering has been fully removed and salvageable materials such as concrete, timber and metal have been recycled in line with McNab’s sustainability goals.

With preparations for civil and ground improvement works well advanced, we’re ready to officially commence construction next month.
