BevChain for TradeCoast Central

We completed this best-in-class major distribution facility for BevChain at TradeCoast Central in 2017. The site includes a 35,000 sqm warehouse with over 1km of tilt panels, as well as a 30,000 sqm concrete hardstand that accommodates a weighbridge and 150 carpark spaces. The facility has two sunken loading docks, six standard loading docks and two roll-on roll-off automated self-loading docks, as well as 700 sqm of office space.
