We completed the Principal Works Depot for TRC in early 2020 targeting 5 star NABERS through the use of sustainable design elements, with a focus on water and energy efficiency. Positioned on a 28ha Greenfield site in Charlton, the project includes 10 buildings including the central operations building, three workshops, a central store facility, nursery and SES Operations Centre, achieving a total gross floor area of approximately 24,300 sqm. The project won the 2021 Master Builders Queensland Award for the Best Industrial Building over $5 million for Downs & Western.
