Freeman Central Logistics Hub for Dexus

In June 2021, we handed over this major logistics facility for Dexus on their expansive 100,000 sqm site in Richlands. The 55,000 sqm warehouse is divided into five tenancies, each with 2-storey office space. The interior concrete floor is high quality burnished with an 8 tonne post-load, while the exterior hardstand extends 46m wide with a 36m super awning covering the loading areas. A 99kw solar array was installed to provide significant reduction in power costs for tenants over the long term.
