This purpose built distribution facility for Logos Property Groups tenant Couriers Please, is a 6,000m2 warehouse with burnished concrete floor finish, serviced by eight recessed dock levellers and supported by a 200m2 office. Our self-performing tilt team, have poured, finished and erected the thirty-four dado panels achieving a high standard of finish. To the rear of the property a 100 metre long, 4 metre tall gabion wall retains the remaining fill after we exported 30,000m3 of fill during the civil works. Externally 7,948m2 of concrete hardstand surround the site, designed to allow for effective turning circles and management of logistics on site.
