A 9,000 sqm warehouse with sunken loading docks protected by a 37.5 m super awning contains customised racking and storage zones for their equipment. Just over 360 sqm of modern office facilities support the company’s operations and the provision of a 100 sqm media room will allow the tenant to customise with specialised technology for video conference meetings and training.
