We are underway with phase one of the Crestmead Logistics Park, a new world class logistics facility for Mapletree Investments as part of an overall master planned precinct. Building one is a 20,572 sqm warehouse with an intertenancy wall supported by a two storey office at either end of the building. Two 36m super awnings will span 56m in length against each tenancy’s loading docks. Building two is a 39,308 sqm warehouse designed to accommodate up to four tenants, each supported by a two storey office and external car parking.
