We completed the Bandara Street Industrial Park in September 2021 for our new client Madad Investments. With a gross floor area of 25,000 sqm, the two warehouses at 10,000 sqm and 15,000 sqm respectively cater for four tenancies and have a super flat burnished floor finish with a large external awning over the ten roller doors and four dock levellers. Integrated into the design is two storey office accommodation for each tenancy which includes a mixture of façade finishes.
